Can a Unit make an about face?
No. Anyway you can try a similar manouvre by wheeling twice (in 2 different turns)
Can a disordered Unit move?
Yes, a Disordered Unit can move without problems but cannot perform particular movement as for paragraph 5.3 (oblique, sideways and, unless S or CL, rear movement).
Can a Unit contact an enemy Unit with an oblique or sideways movement?
No
